This document is a **starter template** for the Netacracy testbed. It is not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review and adapt it before production.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes categories of information the Netacracy testbed may process when you use the app. The service is owned and operated by **Netacracy, LLC**, based in **Dover, Delaware, United States**.

2. Information we may process

Depending on features you use, we may process:

• **Wallet addresses** and public blockchain data (transactions, balances visible on-chain)
• **User content** you submit (posts, comments, optional image URLs or uploads)
• **Acceptance records** for Terms/Privacy (version, content hash, timestamp, method)
• **Technical data** such as browser type, coarse device info, and diagnostic logs
• **Local device storage** (for example preferences, trophy progress, legal acceptance while offline)

We do not ask for your seed phrase. Never share seed phrases or private keys with the app or anyone claiming to represent it.

3. Blockchain transparency

Actions you confirm in a wallet may be recorded on public ledgers. Those records are generally permanent and outside our control to delete.

4. How we use information

• Operate and improve the feed, fees UX, and safety systems
• Enforce Terms, prevent abuse, and debug issues
• Comply with law where applicable

5. Storage and processors

During early development, data may live in your browser (localStorage) and, later, in infrastructure we operate or contract (for example a database or object storage). On-chain data is stored by the relevant network.

6. Sharing

We may share information with infrastructure providers who process it on our behalf, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information as a business model of this testbed.

7. Retention

• On-chain data: controlled by the network
• App records: retained as needed for operation, security, and legal acceptance history
• You may stop using the app; wallet history on-chain will remain

8. Your choices

• Disconnect your wallet
• Clear site data in your browser (may reset local trophies/acceptances)
• Avoid submitting personal information in post bodies

9. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 (or higher age where required). Do not use the service if you are under the applicable age.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy with a new version number. Material changes may require re-acceptance in the app.
