Privacy Policy

Product: Netacracy Operator: Netacracy, LLC (Dover, Delaware, USA) Version: 2.0.0 Effective: 2026-08-21

We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, government ID, or bank account numbers. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by us. Netacracy is for people 18 or older.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Netacracy, LLC ("we") processes information when you use https://www.netacracy.com and related APIs (the "Service").

It should be read with the Terms of Service. If they conflict on privacy, this Policy controls for privacy topics.

2. What we do not collect

We do not request or want:

  • Seed phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords
  • Social Security numbers, government ID scans, or know-your-customer packets (unless a future regulated product separately requires them — we would tell you first)
  • Credit card or bank account numbers (on-chain NCRY/SUI/SOL is not a card checkout)
  • Precise GPS
  • Content from your device except files you choose to upload

Anyone asking for your seed phrase is not us.

3. Information we process

Depending on what you do, we may process:

Identity and public profile

  • Sui (and, if connected, Solana) wallet addresses
  • Optional handle, display name, and avatar
  • Public profile stats (posts, votes, Support received, trophies derived from on-platform records)

Wallets are identifiers. Anyone can look up a public chain explorer.

Content and social graph

  • Posts, comments, media and file uploads, community, mentions
  • Votes, follows, Support amounts and counterparts
  • Reports you file and the text you attach
  • Notifications generated for mentions, votes, and similar events

Legal and safety

  • Terms/Privacy acceptance (document id, version, content hash, timestamp, method, wallet or anonymous)
  • Ban, mod, and audit records
  • Messages you send to legal@netacracy.com

Technical

  • IP address, user-agent, coarse device/browser data, referrer
  • Approximate location inferred from IP (country/region, not a street address)
  • Diagnostic logs and error traces
  • Rate-limit counters (including free daily upvotes)

On your device (localStorage / similar)

  • Legal acceptance records
  • Compose drafts (title/body/community; media files stay in-tab only)
  • Trophy progress cache
  • Cookie/local preferences the browser or host may set

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for privacy-oriented traffic and performance metrics (pages, Web Vitals). These are not an advertising pixel network. Vercel may process IP and user-agent as described in Vercel's own privacy documentation.

Blockchain

Wallet connects, fees, gas, and Support are visible on public ledgers (Sui, Solana) together with amounts, timestamps, and counterparties. We cannot erase the chain.

4. How we use information

  • Provide the feed, profiles, Support, mining, search, and notifications
  • Verify fees and prevent replay, sybil, and treasury abuse
  • Enforce the Terms, moderate, and handle reports (including CSAM and imminent harm referrals required by law)
  • Debug outages and improve performance
  • Count unique legal acceptances
  • Comply with law, valid legal process, and tax or sanctions obligations if they apply

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use your posts to train a third-party advertising profile.

5. Legal bases (where that language applies)

If a law requires a "legal basis" (for example GDPR for an EU resident who finds the site), we rely on: performance of the Terms; legitimate interests in operating a safe social network and preventing fraud; consent where you upload optional media or accept the documents; and legal obligation for preservation/reporting.

6. Sharing

We share information with:

  • Processors who host the Service: Vercel (app, CDN, analytics), Supabase (database and object storage when configured), blockchain RPC providers
  • Wallet vendors you choose (they see what you sign; we do not receive your keys)
  • Mods and operators who review reports
  • Authorities when required by law or when we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent death, serious injury, CSAM, or fraud
  • A buyer of Netacracy, LLC assets, under this same Policy until they post a new one

We do not sell lists of wallets to data brokers.

Other users see what you make public: posts, comments, handle, avatar, Support totals, trophies, and the fact that a wallet posted.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use:

  • Strictly necessary items (session, legal gate, rate-limit related)
  • First-party localStorage as listed in section 3
  • Vercel analytics/performance, which may set their own cookies as Vercel documents

We do not run third-party ad cookies. Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not uniformly honored across the industry; our analytics are already non-advertising. You can block cookies and clear site data; the Service may lose drafts, local trophies, and legal acceptance until you accept again.

8. Retention

  • On-chain data: the network, effectively permanent
  • Posts, comments, media: while public plus backups; hidden/removed content may be retained for safety, abuse, and legal holds
  • Reports, bans, audit logs: as long as needed for security and law (often years)
  • Legal acceptances: for the life of the dispute window plus a reasonable archive
  • Logs / IP: typically weeks to months unless tied to an incident
  • Drafts on device: until you publish, discard, or clear site data

You can stop using the Service and clear your browser. That does not un-publish the blockchain or immediately wipe server backups.

9. Your choices

  • Disconnect wallets; do not post personal secrets in bodies
  • Use Report for others' content
  • Email legal@netacracy.com to ask what we store for a wallet we control off-chain, or to request correction or deletion of off-chain profile fields we can change
  • We may refuse deletion that would break fee integrity, hide abuse history, or contradict a legal hold
  • We cannot delete another user's copy or explorer copies of public data

U.S. state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA and similar) give residents rights to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" or certain "sharing." We do not sell personal information. To exercise a request, email legal@netacracy.com from a context that lets us match the wallet (we may ask you to sign a message from it). We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right we are required to honor.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children. You must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using the Service, email legal@netacracy.com. We will delete off-chain data we control and restrict the wallet.

11. Security

We use HTTPS, wallet-signature checks for writes, fee verification, rate limits, and access-controlled admin tools. No method is perfect. You are responsible for your wallet and device. Tell us about vulnerabilities at legal@netacracy.com (no public exploit dumps).

12. International transfers

We are a U.S. operator. Infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, RPCs) may process data in the United States and other countries. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you understand those transfers.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy with a new version and content hash. Material changes may require in-app re-acceptance. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
