Terms of Service

This document is a **starter template** for the Netacracy testbed. It is not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review and adapt it before relying on it in production.

1. Agreement

By accessing Netacracy, connecting a wallet, or using features that create posts, cast votes, leave comments, or transfer tokens, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Operator and ownership

The Netacracy website and platform are owned and operated by **Netacracy, LLC**, a limited liability company based in **Dover, Delaware, United States**. References to "we," "us," or "Netacracy" in these Terms mean Netacracy, LLC, unless context requires otherwise.

3. The service (testbed)

Netacracy is an experimental social feed that may include:

• Client-side or server-hosted posts, comments, and votes
• Cryptocurrency micro-fees (for example NCRY on Sui testbed networks)
• Wallet connections (Sui and/or Solana)
• Optional media, flair, trophies, and mining-related UI

Features may change, break, or be reset without notice during the testbed phase.

4. Wallets and blockchain transactions

• You are responsible for your wallet, keys, seed phrase, and device security.
• On-chain transfers (fees, gas) are typically **irreversible**. We cannot reverse Sui/Solana transactions.
• You are responsible for having sufficient tokens (e.g. NCRY) and gas (e.g. SUI) for actions you initiate.
• Network congestion, wallet software bugs, or RPC failures may cause delays or failed transactions. Fees or gas already consumed may not be recoverable.
• Nothing in Netacracy is financial, investment, or legal advice. Tokens may have no value.

5. Accounts and identity

We may identify you primarily by **wallet address** and related technical identifiers. You must not impersonate others or access the service in a way that violates law or these Terms.

6. User content

You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant Netacracy, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, malware-related, or otherwise prohibited under our rules. We may remove content or restrict wallets at our discretion.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Spam, manipulate votes, or abuse fee/treasury mechanics
• Attempt to exploit smart contracts, the app, or other users
• Scrape or attack the service in a way that degrades it
• Use the service for unlawful activity

8. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access (including blocking wallet addresses) for violations, risk, or operational reasons. On-chain fees already paid are not refunded unless we expressly choose to do so off-chain.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, TOKEN VALUE CHANGES, OR BLOCKCHAIN NETWORKS.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will use a new version number. Continued use after the effective date, or explicit re-acceptance in the app, constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
